FIBRA DANHOS


Our portafolio consisits on 13 premier quality properties in the best metropolitan areas of the country, as well as 2 developing projects ; we are focused on quality, not on the amount of properties. At the end of September 2017, we reached 765,000 sqm GLA. 

Since our initial public offering (IPO), at the end of 2013, we have added 498,000 sqm of premier quality assets to our real estate portfolio, which represents an annual compound growth rate of 30%.

Since 2008, our portfolio has maintained an average occupancy rate of 98%.


Parque Delta

Built where the IMSS baseball stadium once stood in the heart of the Benito Juárez borough, Parque Delta was the first shopping center to combine a departmental store (Liverpool), fashion shops, restaurants and cinemas with a supermarket (Soriana). 

The combination proved to be an excellent concept by covering the main needs of the middle-class families of Mexico City. Parque Delta is one of the most successful malls per square profitable meter in the country.

Parque Duraznos was one of the first avant-garde shopping centers in the country, combining modern designs with entertainment options and restaurants.

It is located in one of the more affluent neighborhoods of the city and its opening invigorated the interest of many businesses to relocate in the area.

Located in a middle-class area north of the Mexico City, Parque Lindavista offers several commercial and entertainment options. 

Parque Lindavista immediately became a commercial success because it satisfied both the market and the boroughs need for a premier high quality mall. It has Liverpool as an anchor shop. In 2007 it won the ADI's Best development Award.

Parque Tezontle is located in Iztapalapa, the largest borough in Mexico City with a population of more than two million people and a clear absence of modern commercial offer. 

Parque Tezontle is one of the largest private investments ever made in Iztapalapa and attended a consumption zone that was previously unattended. It has Liverpool and Sears as anchor stores.

Parque Vía Vallejo contributes to the urban regeneration of the Vallejo industrial zone, with a very exciting and modern fleet of tenants, hosting both Sears and Soriana as its anchor stores, centrally located, with efficient connections of public and private transport that allow access to jobs and services to a densely populated region. Torre Virreyes

Torre Virreyes is an office project in Mexico City, strategically located in the heart of the office passage of Lomas de Chapultepec, in front of the Chapultepec Forest in the Miguel Hidalgo delegation. 

We believe that this project is one of the most demanding office buildings in Mexico City due to a combination of location, high level of accessibility from the urban Highway of Mexico City (the second floor of the Periférico), and its architecture and spectacular views. 

Torre Virreyes's architecture was designed by Teodoro González de León, one of the most prestigious Mexican architects, and its structural design was developed by the international firm ARUP. Torre Virreyes was among the finalists of the competition organized by the Council of High-Rise Buildings and Housing Development (CTBUH) to reward the best high-rise buildings of 2015. Additionally, Torre Virreyes officially obtained the "LEED Platinum" certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

The development of Reforma 222, designed by Teodoro González de León, changed the profile of the avenue in which, after this, more than 25 new projects have been developed. In 2008, Reforma 222 won the ADI's Best project award.

Toreo Parque Central is a mixed-use project located where the old Toreo de Cuatro Caminos was found, on the border of Mexico City and the State of Mexico; one of the busiest crosses of city .  The Toreo is the most important private real estate investment in the state of Mexico and one of the most important real estate developments in the country. In September, Toreo Parque Central received the award of the prestigious magazine "Obras" for being the best building in 2015 and received the ADI Award for Best Real Estate development in 2014. The Office towers B and C started operations on January 4, 2016, and office tower A will start operation in 2018.

Parque Las Antenas

The Parque Las Antennas project reinforces the strategic approach of Danhos REIT in the metropolitan area of Mexico City, which is the largest market in the country. The project is located in the limits of the Iztapalapa and Xochimilco boroughs where there is a high population density, as well as a lack of commercial and quality entertainment options, opening a great opportunity to capture the demand of the area. Also, the connectivity of the zone will improve significantly with the work to continue the second floor of the Periférico to the limits of the Iztapalapa delegation with the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl in the State of Mexico, and with the reopening of line 12 of the Metro, which will allow the influx of families from other delegations and municipalities. Mixed Uses Portfolio in Development


Parque Tepeyac starts pre-construction preparatory works and it is estimated that the proyect will be completed during the first semester of 2020. We participate in joint venture with 50% in this new project in the Gustavo A. Madero borough . We will be responsible for the design, construction, commercialization and operation of the property. We also signed an agreement with Liverpool to participate as an anchor store in the shopping center. Details
