Torre Virreyes is an office project in Mexico City, strategically located in the heart of the office passage of Lomas de Chapultepec, in front of the Chapultepec Forest in the Miguel Hidalgo delegation.
We believe that this project is one of the most demanding office buildings in Mexico City due to a combination of location, high level of accessibility from the urban Highway of Mexico City (the second floor of the Periférico), and its architecture and spectacular views.
Torre Virreyes's architecture was designed by Teodoro González de León, one of the most prestigious Mexican architects, and its structural design was developed by the international firm ARUP. Torre Virreyes was among the finalists of the competition organized by the Council of High-Rise Buildings and Housing Development (CTBUH) to reward the best high-rise buildings of 2015. Additionally, Torre Virreyes officially obtained the "LEED Platinum" certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.Details
