The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification is an international reference for design, construction and building operations based on sustainability criteria that strive for high efficiency buildings while promoting healthy habits for users. The implementation of sustainability criteria in design, location, accessibility, resource consumption and internal air quality as well as the promotion of sustainable practices are some initiatives that are evaluated under this program.

Torre Virreyes is one of the first office buildings in Mexico to get a LEED Platinum Certification, the highest rating level awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council for complying with its sustainability standards. Which include, its water consumption optimization system, its high-energy efficiency levels, and 100% sustainable materials during construction make this building worthy of the Certification. Another outstanding example in our portfolio is LEED Gold certified Toreo Parque Central.
