We consider that a property is iconic if it has the unique ability to transform the surroundings in which it is located, if it is in prime locations, it has been developed with the highest standards of construction and design, it is leased to high quality tenants and, in the case of shopping centers, it reports high traffic flow of visitors. Our strategy focuses mainly on shopping center and office segments. We are the first Fibra in Mexico focused on development, redevelopment, acquisition and management of retail, offices and mixed-use projects of premier quality, particularly in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City (“CDMX”) and in the Metropolitan Area of the City of Puebla.
